Colour Shine Coated Pvt. Ltd

AISPL successfully executed the Colour Shine Coated Pvt. Ltd. project in Mangalapur, Andhra Pradesh, covering 145,260 sq. ft. with 1,100MT of steel products. Completed between December 2016 and May 2017, the project involved end-to-end execution from conception to commissioning. Key features included a 25m span bay with a 40MT crane, a 30m span bay with a 25MT crane, and a lean-to shed with mezzanine floors and a staircase.

The primary challenge was designing a PEB structure that could support high-capacity
cranes while ensuring efficiency and structural integrity. By leveraging expertise in PEB
building design, Ratnesh Infra provided a solution that maximized space utilization,
durability, and operational efficiency.
