Pushpak Infracon Pvt. Ltd

AISPL successfully executed the Pushpak Infracon Pvt. Ltd. project in Lonand
M.I.D.C., Pune, covering 1.24 lakh sq. ft. with 900 MT of steel. Completed within seven
months (August 2012 – March 2013), the project involved an L-shaped structure with two
buildings and a Lean-to extension. Key features included 22m spans, 12m column spacing,
and 15MT crane capacity.

Major challenges included designing common columns at the intersection, which was
resolved using PLUS-shaped columns, saving space and cost. Bracing conflicts with
machinery layout were solved by K-bracing, ensuring an unobstructed workspace. Column
spacing was doubled from 6m to 12m, optimizing the layout, while JACK-BEAM supports
stabilized the trusses.

cost-effective, structurally sound, and timely high grade steel product, reinforcing its
